Kingwood Center Gardens is a charitable not-for-profit public garden and historic estate created by Charles Kelley King for education, enjoyment and inspiration. Kingwood has ever-changing gardens for the pleasure and education of our guests. Spring features a massive display of flowering bulbs, flowering trees and wildflowers. Seasonal beds offer a second major color display from early summer until frost. An abundance of additional gardens and natural areas round out the display to provide year-round interest. Our Garden & Gift Shop offers shopping opportunities of plants, garden supplies, gifts, apparel, and unique consignment items. The Gateway Café serves up fresh food, snacks, and beverages for the whole family. In the midst of this former estate sits Kingwood Hall, Mr. King’s former home. 🎃 The Great Pumpkin Glow begins TODAY! Before you glow, here are a few reminders to help make your visit go smoothly.

🍂Hours: The gardens will be closed to general admission during the day and open only for The Great Pumpkin Glow each evening. We’ll also be closed all day Monday.

📧 Check Your Email: If you have tickets, keep an eye on your inbox for a handy guide sent on the day of your visit. It will include important Pumpkin Glow information and an event and parking map.

🚗 Parking: All event parking is at Mansfield Senior High School. There is NO parking at Arlin Field. Please enter the parking area from West Park Boulevard, and our team will direct you from there. Once parked, you can take the shuttle or walk to the event entrance on Linden Road.

🎟️ Still Need Tickets? A limited number of tickets are still available for the earlier time slots, but most times are already sold out.

Reminder: Kingwood will be closed during the day Friday through Sunday while we prepare for and host Pumpkin Glow each evening. We’ll also be closed all day Monday for cleanup. Regular daytime hours resume Tuesday! 🎃

🎃 We had an amazing first day of Community Pumpkin Carving! A huge thank you to everyone who came out to help and to our incredible team of staff and volunteer pumpkin gutters who made it all happen!

We have LESS THAN 500 pumpkins left to carve, and we need your help! Join us today from 12–8 p.m. to carve pumpkins for Pumpkin Glow. Admission is free when you come to help carve! Carving will continue while pumpkins last, so stay tuned here for updates.

Want to donate a carved pumpkin to be featured in Pumpkin Glow? You can drop it off today in front of our visitor center. Just look for the pumpkin drop-off sign! 🎃

We’re having a blast carving pumpkins for The Great Pumpkin Glow, and there’s still time to join us! Community Pumpkin Carving is open until 8 p.m. today and again tomorrow from noon to 8 p.m., while pumpkins last.

🎃 TODAY’S THE DAY! COMMUNITY PUMPKIN CARVING STARTS AT NOON!

Ready to get carving? Here’s what you need to know before you join us!

🎃 We provide the pumpkins and tools. You bring the creativity, and we clean up the mess! Garden admission is free when you come to carve.

🍂 Can’t make it to carving, or did we run out of pumpkins? You can still have your pumpkin featured along the Pumpkin Glow path! Bring your own carved pumpkin to the drop-off area in front of the visitor center and look for the pumpkin drop-off sign. Donations are accepted Wednesday and Thursday during regular operating hours only.

⏰ A quick heads-up: Some years, we run out of pumpkins faster than expected, so keep an eye on our social media for updates before heading over.

🌧️ Community Pumpkin Carving happens rain or shine and does not include admission to The Great Pumpkin Glow.

🎃 PUMPKIN GLOW TICKET UPDATE! Tickets are going fast, and availability is getting very limited!

🕓 Friday & Saturday: Only 4:00 and 4:30 p.m. arrival times remain available. These earlier time slots can be a great fit if you’d like to beat the evening crowds, prefer to experience the event before it gets dark, or simply want more time to explore at your own pace.

🍂 Sunday: Evening tickets are still available, but they’re going quickly, too!
