2020 Texas SD 10 Convention It is requested that you participate in the convention process; your voice can be heard, you can make a difference.

SD-10 Activists, Delegates & Interested Parties,

We only do this once every 2-years…

The grassroots of the Republican Party is made up of people like you and me, our neighbors, family and friends. We come together every two years to vote in our primary to get our best candidates on the ballot and we gather together at precinct, district and state conventions to decide what the party stands for

and the direction we would like for our candidates and elected officials to take our city, county, state and country. The first step is to attend your precinct convention. These are held the evening of the primary, March 4, at the same Election Day polling place for your precinct. The precinct chair, by custom, or anyone who voted in the Republican primary can call this meeting to order and elect delegates and alternates to their county or state senatorial district convention, and pass/defeat resolutions presented by delegates. Following the precinct convention, the County/Senate District Conventions will be held, across the state for all political parties, on March 22. Delegates to this convention elect delegates and alternates to the state convention, and pass/defeat resolutions presented by delegates. The State Convention will be held in Fort Worth June 5-7. http://www.texasgop.org/convention/

Nomination Committee Meetings are scheduled at the following times and places. Interviews are not required, but recommended for newer volunteers. Waiting until the convention to interview guarantees maximum frustration and less attention than showing up at the scheduled meetings:
