Join the conversation! Over the coming budget year, the Town Manager will be hosting a series of community focus groups to gather ideas, feedback, and perspectives from residents on topics that affect our community.
Our next focus group will explore Town Services Priorities and Funding.
As part of the Town Manager's strategic planning process, this conversation will discuss services provided by the Town and the priorities that should guide future decision-making. We encourage residents and business owners to share their perspectives on what is working well, where improvements are needed, and which services are most important to maintaining a high quality of life in our community.
This session is the third in the series of several focus groups to be held over the coming months. We hope you'll join us and help shape the future of our community.
