Transporters needed!!!

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Location: Mansfield OH

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Transporter to join our team. As a Transporter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of foster kids in our network. Your primary responsibility will be to transport kids to various areas safely and on time.

Duties:
- Safely transport children to and from visitation centers
- Assist children with entering and exiting transportation vehicles
- Ensure children comfort and safety during transportation
- Maintain a clean and sanitized environment
- Follow established procedures for children identification and documentation
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to arrive at destination on time
- Skills and ability to interact with children of diverse backgrounds

We will work with your schedule and availability. Looking for applicants to transport our kids to and from visitation centers. You will be paid from the time you leave the office until you return. You will be expected to wait on the kids outside during their visit and return them home safely afterwards. You will be provided a company car to use, so you will need to have a good driving record.

Stephanie Breinich
Caseworker Supervisor
Stephanie is a native of the Mansfield area and graduated from Madison Comprehensive High School and Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Stephanie holds a licensure in the state of Ohio as a Licensed Social Worker.
Stephanie started her career in Mental Health and AOD counseling before finding her passion working in child welfare in 2018. She started as a case worker where her passion grew with helping children in the foster care system and foster care families. Stephanie is working towards becoming a child welfare assessor for the state of Ohio. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys reading, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.
Stephanie has been part of the Advantage team for 7 years.

For our Winter Independent Living class our 14 and over youth enjoyed a cooking class. Leading up to the class they have been learning how to budget, cost of groceries, and how to make a weekly meal plan. Last night they learned how to make spaghetti, garlic bread, and homemade brownies!
Thank you to our awesome caseworkers, Alexis and Laura for leading the class and thank you to Berean Baptist Church for letting us use their kitchen! The kids had a great time and enjoyed the meal they cooked!

Kelly is an experienced and dedicated Licensing Specialist in the foster care field, having worked in this role since 2013. Throughout her tenure, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of children in foster care, as well as a strong understanding of licensing requirements and processes. Kelly is particularly skilled in maintaining foster parent files, ensuring they remain compliant with both agency and state requirements. Her attention to detail and thorough knowledge of regulations makes her a reliable and valuable team member.

Kelly holds a degree from Wittenberg University, where she developed a solid academic foundation that supports her professional growth. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, nurturing her passion for gardening, and exploring new destinations through travel. Her well-rounded interests reflect her balanced approach to life, which translates into her work ethic and dedication to both personal and professional pursuits.
