Congratulations to one of our amazing counselors, Kyla Cincotti for being recognized with our Frozen Jr. Staff Spotlight Award!
Kyla is incredibly dedicated to the well-being and success of all of her campers! She approaches every situation with patience, humility, and a genuine commitment to creating a positive experience for every child! She consistently puts the needs of her campers before her own, something that can be rare to find in staff of any age or level, while leading with kindness and professionalism. Over the past two weeks, Kyla has been proactive in addressing behavior challenges while providing thoughtful support to every camper she works with. She is fully engaged in all aspects of the camp day, from rehearsals and outside time to theme activities, and consistently maintains strong active supervision while still participating enthusiastically! Kyla is also punctual, organized, dependable, and always willing to step in wherever she is needed. Her positive attitude and dedication have truly made her an invaluable member of our camp team! We are incredibly grateful for her leadership and contributions to our camp!
