⚽️ SOCCER SCHEDULE IS OUT! ⚽️

We’re so excited to be adding soccer to our programs this year! 🥳 Our session will run September 21st–October 12th, with practices/drills held at Gene Cravens Field from 6:00–7:00 PM.

This season is all about learning, having fun, and building confidence! We’ll work on basic soccer skills!

We’ll also have a small concession stand available with snacks and drinks each evening. 🍿🥤

📣 Haven’t signed up yet but would like to?
Please let us know by Friday, September 4th to guarantee a shirt can be ordered!

• Pay over the phone with a card if that works best for you!

👟 And please don’t feel like you need to buy special soccer gear! Tennis shoes are perfectly fine and will be more than enough for this season. We want everyone to be able to participate without feeling like they need to spend extra money on equipment.

⚽️ WE NEED SOCCER VOLUNTEERS! ⚽️

We’re looking for a few volunteers to help with our Little Kickers soccer program! ❤️

Would anyone be willing to help one night a week for 4 weeks? It would only be about 45 minutes to an hour each week!

You don’t have to be a soccer expert — just someone who enjoys working with kids and is willing to help keep things fun and organized! 🥰

🎉 2-HOUR KIDS’ TIME AT ASTCC! 🎉

Need a little time to work out, walk, use the gym, get some work done, or simply enjoy a little time for yourself while your kids are nearby?

We’re excited to offer 2-HOUR SUPERVISED KIDS’ TIME at the Ann Short Turner Community Center! ❤️

👧🧒 How it works:
• Your child stays with our staff for up to 2 hours.
• A parent/guardian MUST remain on the ASTCC premises the entire time.
• Parents CANNOT leave the Community Center without their child.
• This is designed to give parents the opportunity to work out, use the facility, or take care of something else at the Center while their child is supervised.

✨ The schedule will change each month, so be sure to watch for the October schedule!

We’re kicking off our FIRST ONE-DAY PICKLEBALL LEAGUE at the AST Community Center in Mansfield! 💚

🥒🏓 PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT! 🏓🥒

Ready to grab a paddle and have some fun?! We’re planning a one-day Pickleball Tournament at the Ann Short Turner Community Center!

🎉 All ages welcome!
🏓 Doubles tournament
💵 $20–$25 per player
👕 $25 will include a tournament T-shirt if we decide to offer them
📅 Saturday — date TBA
📍 Ann Short Turner Community Center
🏆 Fun, friendly competition with prizes for the winners!

Whether you’re a pickleball pro or have never picked up a paddle before, we want you there! We’ll have beginner/recreational and competitive play depending on interest.

Bring your own paddle if you have one! We’ll also have a limited number available at the center.

This is meant to be a FUN community tournament, so grab a friend, find a partner, and come play! 🥒🏓

⚽️ Soccer Season is Almost Here! ⚽️

We’re excited to bring soccer back to Mansfield, and registration is now OPEN!

📍 Registration forms are available at the front desk of the Ann Short Turner Community Center.

Registration Fee: $30 per player
📅 Registration Deadline: August 24th
⚽ Season Begins: September (exact schedule coming soon!)

This is a non-competitive recreational league for children ages 3 through Kindergarten. Our goal is simple—to introduce young players to the game of soccer in a fun, encouraging environment where they can learn the basics, make friends, and enjoy being active. There will be no standings or intense competition—just learning and having fun!

👕 Every player will receive a team T-shirt.

💚 Interested in sponsoring a team? We’d love your support! If you or someone you know would like to be a sponsor, simply indicate that on the registration form.

⚽ Have an older child who wants to play?
Right now, we’re starting with ages 3 through Kindergarten since this is the first soccer program we’ve had in Mansfield in many years. However, if there’s enough interest from older age groups, we’d love to explore expanding the program in the future!

If you have a child older than Kindergarten who would be interested:

The more interest we receive, the better chance we have of growing the program for everyone!
