🙌🏼‼️ “accountability and compassion!” And most importantly understanding. We are blessed to have such a great team…from onsite, to outreach teams, to law enforcement throughout the city, to city officials and the mayor all coming together to get them the help they need. They may not always want it but we keep asking and chipping away and even those we thought would never agree to services, HAVE!! It’s about consistency. Letting them see you are for real and follow up. Thank you for putting this out there Mayor!

Come join us at His Way Refuge Center for a fun Movie Night! Enjoy a great movie, fresh popcorn, and refreshments.

The City of Manteca was so gracious in honoring the life and legacy of my dad, Pastor Al, a man whose compassion, service, and unwavering commitment to others left a lasting imprint on our entire community.

Pastor Al dedicated his life to lifting up those in need. Whether serving individuals battling addiction and alcoholism, supporting those experiencing homelessness, or volunteering countless hours to improve the lives of others, he led with humility, grace, and a heart for service. His work was not just something he did—it was who he was.

Through his tireless efforts, Pastor Al became a pillar of hope in Manteca. He saw people not for their struggles, but for their potential, offering encouragement, guidance, and a steady hand when it was needed most. His presence brought light into difficult places and reminded so many that they were not forgotten.

Pastor Al will be deeply missed, but his impact will live on in the countless lives he touched and the stronger, more connected community he helped build.

Thank you city of Manteca council members and Mayor for honoring him in this way. We are so appreciative.
