Shasta Hornets Home of the Hornets!
This site is to be used for celebrations or announcements concerning upcoming events within the Shasta School community.

This is the official Shasta School page and is intended to celebrate the many accomplishments of our community including employees, students, and families. Information on privacy and or security settings are available within the Shasta Facebook guidelines and policies. This site is regularly monitored and any inappropriate post will be promptly removed. 💕🦋 Honoring Ava’s Memory on Her 10th Birthday 🦋💕

On Thursday, October 22nd, we invite our Shasta Hornet family to join us in wearing PINK in honor of what would have been Ava’s 10th birthday. 💗

Ava was a bright, kind, and courageous Shasta Hornet who touched the hearts of so many. Throughout her battle with heart disease, she showed incredible strength, resilience, and a beautiful spirit that inspired everyone around her.

Ava’s memory will forever be a part of our Shasta family. We want to continue celebrating her life, remembering her beautiful smile, and spreading the same kindness and love that she shared with others.

Please join us in filling our campus with PINK, Ava’s favorite color, as we celebrate her birthday and honor the lasting impact she made on our hearts. 🩷

Today we celebrated some very special Hornets at our October VIP Lunch!

This month, we recognized students who demonstrate what it means to be accepting of diversity: students who appreciate and respect the differences in others, include those around them, and help make Shasta a place where everyone feels welcomed and valued.

We are so proud of these students for leading by example and showing us that our differences are part of what makes our Shasta family so special!

Congratulations to all of our October VIPs! Keep spreading kindness, acceptance, and that amazing Hornet spirit!
