Market Rabbit and Market bird shows today! Bradley Betanio showd for the first time and competed in True Novice Market Rabbit showmanship and the Market Rabbit show. His Rabbit was judged and it was determined that it was Market ready. He will sell his Rabbit at the auction on Saturday June 20th. Ava Cabrales and Sebastian Cabrales competed in the Market poultry show with their Market chickens. In class 4 Sebastian came in 3rd and Ava came in 4th place. They alao competed in True Novice Market poultry showmanship. They will also sell their pen of Market birds on Saturday June 20th.

Today was Swine and Goat showmanship. Even though our students did not get selected to move on the the last round we are all so proud of all the hard work they have done!!

Tuesday was a successful at Ag Fest. Austen Uecker won Reserve Champion for light weight division. Swine did well as well. Dakota Canady was 5th in her class, Hunter Canady was 6th in his weight class. Maddie Watson was 4th in her group, Maeson Watson was 2nd in his class. Jaelyn Rosa was 2nd in hers and Giselle Patterson 7th in her weight group.

Manteca FFA had a another great day at San Joaquin Ag Fest! Tegan Tahija competed in the dog show today and got a third places in obedience, a third in sit and stay and a 4th place in rally mm! She also has 2 entries in the floral division and got a 1st and a 3rd. Jazmin Jeronimo had 2 entries in the floral show and received a 2 second place and a 2nd place for her succlents. Maddeson Watson had 1 entry in the floral design and received a 1st place in her category. Lady Blue Alvardo Cabrera and Yuritzy Guerra Velasquez also had entries in the Horticulture division earning 2 second and 3rd place for there themed entries and second and 3rd place for their succlents. In Ag mechanics Wiĺiam Fisher earned a 1st place for his headache rack and Victor Almaraz earned a 3rd place with his table. All the swine kids and the goat members made weight at weight in today!!

Breeding Rabbit Show today at the San Joaquin Ag Fest!. Both first time showman Xiomara Gonzales and Chloe Schuchard Heeg did a great job. Chloe placed 4th in novice showmanship and 1st place with her junior buck in her class. We are excited to see how theses new showman will do as they advanc in there experience in the future.
