Tomorrow (Wednesday, 9/2) is our first Late Start Wednesday of the school year. All times, including bus pickup times and school start times, will be one hour later than normal.
Doors at MES will open at 8:35 AM. The school day will begin for K-4 at 8:55 AM. AM Preschool will begin at 9:00AM, and Headstart at 9:45 AM.

We'd like to thank all the families and students who attended our Open House last night! It was a great opportunity to drop off supplies and for teachers, students, and families to meet and start the year on a positive note.
On the eve of a new school year, we also wanted to wish a Happy First Day of School to our MES students and staff! We are excited to welcome back our students tomorrow (August 19th), and we look forward to another great year at Manteno Elementary School! Your Journey Starts HERE!

We are excited to share that the MES Closet will be open to the public on Friday, August 14th from 5-6pm in the Makerspace trailer in the back parking lot. Sizes 3T to adult large. Everything is FREE!
