Join our adult program, "The Shared Shelf," on Monday, October 26th, from 6:00 to 7:00pm for a book swap! This is your chance to send a beloved book off to a new home and snag an exciting new read for yourself.

We'll be meeting at Darla's (417 S Locust St, Manteno, IL 60950).
To participate: Give us a call to register, and bring one good-condition book you've enjoyed. Bonus: Anyone who brings a book to swap will get a free coffee or soft drink!

Are you a people person who loves books, community, and making connections? The Manteno Public Library is looking for two enthusiastic, tech-savvy individuals with excellent customer service skills to join us as Part-Time Circulation Clerks!

🌟Perks & Pay:
- Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour + Paid Time Off (PTO)

🕒 Year-Round Work Schedule:
- Position 1: Mon & Thu (2:15-7:15pm), Fri (1:15-6:15pm)
- Position 2: Mon & Wed (2:15-7:15pm), Thu (9:15am-2:15pm)
Both positions will have 1-2 Saturdays per month (9:15am - 3:15pm)

✅Requirements:
- Applicants must be 18 or older with a High School Diploma or GED
- Have a passion for delivering top-notch customer service to our patrons and team members
- Computer proficiency
