IT’S FISHING TIME, MANTEO! 🐟

This Saturday, grab your rod, round up the kids, and head downtown for the Annual Manteo Kids Fishing Tournament!

This FREE, family-friendly event is open to young anglers ages 4–17, and you don’t have to be a Manteo resident to join the fun!

📅 Saturday, August 15
📍 Registration: 8:00 AM | Roanoke Island Maritime Museum
🎣 Lines in the water: 8:15 AM
📍 Fish from the downtown docks between the boat ramp and the Net Shed

Bring your own: rod & reel, bait, and bucket for your catch

Anglers 16 and older must have a valid NC Saltwater Fishing License.

Whether it’s your first catch or your fiftieth, there’s nothing better than a morning on the Manteo waterfront, a little friendly competition, and making memories with the family.
