Some years you’re the bear… and some years, the bear—or in this case, the deer and groundhogs—eat your zinnias.

This year’s zinnia field just wasn’t meant to be. Between the weather and relentless grazing pressure, all the hours of planting, replanting, and weeding😮‍💨ended up feeding the local wildlife instead of filling the field with blooms.

Farming has a way of keeping you humble. Not every season is a success, but every season teaches you something.

The good news is we have some spots that are absolutely beautiful and are available for private photo sessions! If you’re looking for a peaceful, natural backdrop for family photos, maternity, couples, seniors, etc, I’d love to host you here on the farm.

Thank you to everyone who came out to our wreath workshop! It was such a fun and festive time, and your wreaths turned out absolutely beautiful. What a warm, friendly group — you all made the day so special!
A huge thank-you as well to Buena Connection Brewery for having us and giving us a personal behind-the-scenes tour of the brewery. What a wonderful spot here in South Jersey. If you haven’t been yet, I highly recommend checking it out! The atmosphere is welcoming, the team is passionate about what they do, and the brewery itself has so much character. It’s definitely worth a visit!
