Requirements:
-Must have proof of ownership
-Complete W9 (a 1099 will be sent at the end of the year)

🔍 Home Inspection Requirements:
- Fire extinguisher
- Smoke detector in each bedroom
- No broken windows & doors
- GFCI Plugs within 6 feet of water sources

(Landlord books are available for pickup at our office)

⏰ 8am - 4pm

🔑 Screen doors MUST be unlocked
🏠 Access to your unit is required
🧹 Please ensure your unit is inspection-ready

The Sabine Housing Authority will conduct INSPIRE inspections on Thursday, January 22 & Friday, January 23 from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

✔️ Unit access is mandatory
✔️ Please review the inspection checklist carefully
✔️ Ensure your unit is in full compliance

Failure to allow access or comply may result in termination of housing assistance. If repairs are needed, report them immediately. No exceptions.
