Fish Lake Regional Park Fish Lake Regional Park is a metropolitan escape, offering outdoor recreation in a wooded, lakeside setting in Maple Grove. Hosting an event?

Fish Lake Regional Park offers outdoor recreation in a wooded, lakeside setting. Water enthusiasts enjoy swimming, boating and fishing. Boat rentals include kayaks, standup paddleboards, canoes and rowboats. A beautiful, lakeside pavilion is available for rent year-round. Dog owners enjoy exercise in all seasons with paved trails and a fully fenced, dog off-leash area. Winter offers turf trails for snowshoeing and hiking, ice fishing, cleared paved trails for walking, and continued fun at the dog off-leash area. Fish Lake joins with the Medicine Lake Regional Trail which connects to Elm Creek Park Reserve and French Regional Park.

There will be a special permit archery hunt at Fish Lake Regional Park from October 5–7 and November 2–4. The park is open during this time; stay on designated trails.

Hunters will be encountered on trails and dead deer may be present in select areas.
