The annual MJHS Poetry Slam was a huge success! We laughed, we cried, these poems became a part of us. Thank you to everyone who participated. The top winners who will be representing us at the district slam are:
1st place: Maia Baird with her poem “Cafeteria Crimes
2nd place: Ellie Hilton with her poem “Hard Questions”
3rd place: Emily Lenoir with her poem “Bloody Kneecaps”
