Utah County Bookmobile

Utah County Bookmobile The Utah County Bookmobile provides mobile library services to residents in Utah County. There are over 6,000 titles of various forms on the bookmobile.

Our bookmobile makes nineteen stops in three counties (Utah, Tooele-Vernon, and Sanpete-Indianola), serving fifteen communities and four schools. This Includes Books, Audio-books & DVD's. We offer access to ebooks, audiobooks, & Interlibrary Loans for those hard-to-find books. We are "Driven to Read" and have books for all ages! The Utah State Library retains the right to remove offensive, vulgar, or defamatory comments, as well as personal attacks. Repeated offenses may lead to the blocking of the user. All comments are subject to the Utah Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA).

We hope you're enjoying the sun this summer! Come visit us at the bookmobile if you need a good book to go along with the sunshine. We'll be visiting the southern end of the county this week.

Due to the Iron Fire, we'll have to cancel our stops in Eureka and Elberta this week, but we'll be back as soon as we are able.

We're on the road again as usual this week, visiting the northern end of the county.

It's time to Book Your Summer! 📚🌞

It's an easy two-step process:

1. Register your kids for our Summer Reading Program. eBooks and audiobooks count too! Use your Libby app.
2. Go to bookyoursummer.com and enter for a chance at one of six regional $2000 my529 scholarships.

One entry per reader, age 18 and under (born on or after May 1, 2008). No purchase necessary to win. Book Your Summer runs May 1 through July 31.

Welcome to summer, friends of the bookmobile! There are a few changes to our schedule this week. We'll still see you around the northern end of the county, but for our patrons in Cedar Fort, you can find us at the church on center street instead of at the school. In Alpine you'll find as at a new stop at the Alpine Library. Come pick up a summer reading packet and a book!

We hope you're all enjoying a beautiful Memorial Day. We're off the road today for the holiday, but we'll be on our route tomorrow. Even when school's out, you can get books from the bookmobile. Starting next week, stop by our headquarters or the bookmobile to sign up for the summer reading program!

This is the week: school's out for the summer!
Stay tuned for the summer bookmobile schedule. This week, we'll be off the road on Tuesday and Wednesday for a library conference. You can still catch us on Thursday at our Hobble Creek and Provo Canyon stops.

Sign-ups for our summer reading program start June 1st at our bookmobile stops and our headquarters in Mapleton.
