Our elementary student council closed out the school year by assembling yogurt parfaits for residents at the Mapleton Community Home - an idea that came to life entirely by this group of students after a successful school-wide fundraiser back in December.

A special note from Ms. Brandt - Our future is in great hands with leaders such as these young eagles! I’m so impressed by their commitment to their roles, our school, and our community. They sacrificed many recess times to plan, create, and execute projects and conversations throughout the year and our staff is so proud of their courage to lead. As you begin summer, may you remember to always be kind, help others without expecting something in return, and leave people and places better than you found them! Have a great summer!
