Congratulations to Jeff Mortiz. Jeff started his career in Maquoketa in 1993 retiring in 2018. While volunteering for Maquoketa Jeff became a full time firefighter for the Rock Island Arsenal in 2003. Through 23 years Jeff worked his way up the ranks retiring as Assistant Chief. Congratulations Jeff and enjoy your retirement!
