Every single case is a case taken out on a tenant in retaliation for calling the BOH, AG, and posting online. A few of them are people not involved and I don’t know their stories however those were for non-payment. Everyone else who spoke out got summary process evictions, NONE got to actually present evidence, get their discovery, have a trial or see a judge! All were forced into mediation with the same lawyer that works with the lawyers bringing the evictions! They are even so corrupt they scheduled the tenants who demanded trials on days when there was no “housing court” meaning that none of the legal aid was present, ONLY the same woman Lori Fonesca from NSCAP working with Christopher Casey law office tenant preservation program in reality it’s to get tenants who don’t even owe back rent to sign agreements and then force them to apply for RAFT! Meanwhile the tenants in Marblehead are all being funneled to the Marblehead Counseling Center for services, and requests money from Making ends meet to pay back rent if due? Some shady business deals! Gets better the resident service coordinator that used to work in MHA until she was reported for conflict of interest was also having referrals sent to the Marblehead counseling center where she also worked, but now she is in the fed housing program, sending people through NSCAP which she just happens to sit on the board alongside Crosby, and they all sit on boards involved with housing, housing production, housing this housing that and they have done absolutely nothing but keep their criminal syndicate in full operation!

Funny, I intentionally filed complaint using the entire address as to not tip off who was doing reports as the retaliation I had endured was enough! So take a look yourself, 1+1=2
So if someone was to let’s say Jan 1, 2022 “blow the whistle” on the MHA and in that original complaint list 5 buildings
30-32, 55-57, 51-53, 60, 62-64 and then suddenly a few months pass and oh what do you know 1 by 1 all had letters sent or some court records. It was not until I was seen at a Mass Tenants Association with 58 that she was then immediately filed on and that would have been in 2024!
What is one of the most interesting of the dozen upon dozen lies, fabrications, half stories is the fact that one unit #32 who was being stalked, harassed, unit entered, dead animals left by car was under impression is was neighbors until we met and then come 2/2022 I was able to see everything she had and vice versa. I knew rhe tactic to be used so I was prepared, unfortunately they ruined her, exploited her health issues, and made her life a living hell. She was never wrong about any of it. So why if they filed her eviction a year before mine but all her court records show they were filed 48hrs almost to the very second I filed my complaint against MHA in Superior Court only for a retaliation claim to be filed on me and 64 as we were active in trying to get help for those under this corrupt administration, literally filed on us at same time! Knowing they were filing false claims and yet they used the police, courts, and the people who pay their salaries to do so! The community should be outraged! And conflicts of interest, well they are beyond disgusting!
I’m going to say it and I have everything I need to back it up! The fact that a board member well numerous have known for over a year or more of the conditions only to bring them up on Tuesday meeting, after some more serious information had been provided to high level officials, not their buddies or those they employ or represent as union leader!
Again, from day one I saw a problem. I had many ideas and means to address and work to fix it. Instead of do the right thing they destroyed lives, caused children to be sick, and committed crimes against children, violated constitutional rights, and engaged in exploitation by means of deception and uttering false information to name a few!
Wow…. Imagine my brother got 18mos for a gram of pot back in the 1990s and these fools get away with conspiring to obstruct justice, and cover up anything they may be found guilty of!
Those credentials are bogus, as are the falsely applied permits they use, as is the fake mold testing they provided for unit 14 as well as the manner they run the public meetings! Everything regarding the MHA and their board members smells very very fishy!!!
