FYI…coming Jan 31, 2026, the Pool Pals Marengo Swimming Pool Page will close out our FBook Page.
The past few years have been lots of fun and sometimes work. Our Swimming Pool page mission was to inform, work to gather support for the vote and to communicate about fundraisers for the build. Successful on all accounts!
Our Marengo Swimming Pool page goals have been accomplished and we couldn’t be prouder of our group and our community.
Until Jan 31 you can browse back through our Marengo Swimming Pool page and check out what we were up to for the past 4-5 years.
Looking back our page covered IV schools, students, sports, school groups, events and other activities. We covered community events , business events, etc. I hope it was sometimes useful, entertaining and informative for you. Thank You for following and supporting our page. We had over 1300 followers. Amazing!

Yesterday, Iowa Valley Tiger Football showed what it truly means to be Tigers, on and off the field.

The team presented Ford Linnell, a preschooler at Iowa Valley Elementary and son of Mrs. Linnell, our Activities Director and Business Teacher, with a football signed by every player, along with some of his favorite snacks and sweets.

This thoughtful gesture is a perfect example of the heart, character, and compassion this team demonstrates each day. Their kindness reminded Ford — and all of us — that he has an entire Tiger family standing beside him in his fight against leukemia.

We are so proud of the way our players live our Tiger values, showing courage, generosity, and support in ways that matter most. 🧡🖤
