What all Arizonans need to know.

Attorneys who filed a frivolous lawsuit against Maricopa County have been sanctioned and will be held financially responsible. Among their false claims, that the County doesn’t use paper ballots in elections (we do).

Maricopa County argued the lawsuit was brought “for the improper purpose of undermining confidence in elections.” While Rule 11 sanctions are rare and only for “the most egregious situations,” the County argued they were appropriate in this case. The judge agreed.

Katie Hobbs has committed to avoid debating the known liar-Lake, who denies the legitimacy of the last election and has publicly stated she will not accept the legitimacy of the gubernatorial election this year UNLESS she wins! Why encourage this infantile, shallow, Trump-kissing, hypocritical, quitter by giving her another public forum to tout outright lies? Liar-Lake had the opportunity for a publicly-aired interview as an alternative, same as Hobbs, but canceled. And there's your infantile hissy fit. PBS will air the interview with Hobbs on Tuesday, Oct. 18.
