The water boil advisory has been lifted as of 9:00 pm Thursday evening July 16, 2026. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we fixed the issue and continued to blow air out of the lines these last couple of days.

Water Line Repair on State Route 26

We apologize that there has been a water line break after we completed the tie in on State Route 26. Unfortunately one of the lines busted in the process. We are currently working as quickly as we can to get this fixed and water restored as soon as possible. Again, we really appreciate your patience and understanding as we get this taken care of as fast as possible.

Update on Current Water Outage

We apologize that the water outage has continued longer than expected. Our guys are working around the State Department currently and it has caused a delay in completing this project. We hope to have water restored in the next hour or shortly after. We appreciate your continued patience with this. We want nothing more than to have water restored to all of our customers.

***ADDITIONAL UPDATE 7/10/2026***
We had a brief interruption of service today but the full shut off has been postponed until 8:00 am Monday morning July 13, 2026. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We have also been in contact with WTAP to see if we can have this announcement aired for all customers that do not have access to Facebook. If you experienced a loss of water today, you are automatically on a boil advisory. Thank you for your patience as we get this project completed.

***UPDATE 7/9/2026***
Due to the heavy rain yesterday evening, the service interruption has been rescheduled for 8:00 am tomorrow morning July 10, 2026.

***ATTENTION CUSTOMERS***

We are currently in the process of relocating our main water line on a section of State Route 26 in preparation for ODOT to move the road. There will be a brief interruption of service beginning at around 10:30 am tomorrow July 9, 2026 and service should be restored within 3-4 hours. There will be a 72 hour boil advisory in effect for the following areas:

Pleasants Ridge Road
Grub Road
Goose Run Road
Caywood Road
Long Road
Lynch Church Road

The surrounding areas may also experience air in the lines for a few days up to a week. This will look like milky water when filling a glass but should clear within a few seconds. This is nothing to be concerned with health wise. Please contact our office if you have any questions or concerns. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to complete this project as quickly as possible.
