**UPDATED CLARIFICATION FOR BELOW POST**
Our policy for late fees has not changed. Late fees are posted to any account that has a balance of more than $1.00 on the day after the bill is due. This post is a reminder of our policy for delinquent accounts that are past due for shut off. Our office sends out the bills every month (on 2 separate billing cycles) by the last day of the month. We unfortunately do not have any bearing over the postal service as to when you receive your bills. We have the option for ebills as well as ACH. All customers as always welcome to call in to the office as well to gather information if they have not received their bills.
**This is not a new policy. The only change that has been made to the below policy is an additional 5 day extention before shut off is implemented for delinquent accounts. This information has also been printed on the back of your most recent bill as well as in the office.**

• Water will be shut off on the 15th of the month following when bill is due
• Water will be shut off if there is a monthly water leak payment agreement and payment is not made for 3 months
