Due to the forecast of bad weather on Monday the Memorial Day parade is cancelled. American Legion Post 64 will still have a ceremony Monday starting at 11am with lunch to follow.

NOTICE: Due to inclement weather and resulting on-site conditions, the Disabled American Veterans’ Memorial Day Picnic is hereby CANCELLED. We hope this is sufficient notice. After visiting the DAV property today and seeing the rain forecast, regrettably, we have made the decision to cancel. All the Volunteer resources and food and such would be too much to risk in a rainout, and the stage facilities would not be safe for the band, not to mention trying to conduct children’s games and park vehicles in a field with ankle deep puddles. So many were looking forward to the event! Let's try again in 2027". BEH
