Trump's moving to revoke up to 200,000 visas from people who came here claiming they were tourists or business travelers—then immediately pivoted to asylum claims to stay permanently. That's the loophole the Left has let run wild for years while pretending it's not happening.

A visa means you get to visit. It doesn't mean you get to game the system and backdoor your way into permanent residency. If you enter under one set of rules and then flip the script to stay indefinitely, the government should enforce what you actually agreed to. That's not cruelty—that's basic border security.

America can show compassion without pretending our laws don't exist. This administration gets it. The rules matter, or they mean nothing.

This is the question the media won't touch. They lecture us constantly about how immigrants "make America great" — diversity is our strength, blah blah blah. But if that's true, why are people fleeing countries that are full of immigrants? Why didn't mass immigration make Venezuela great? Why didn't it fix the corruption and violence in Central America? Why are people willing to risk everything to leave places packed with people who look like them?

The answer is simple: culture, rule of law, and institutions matter. America is great because of what we built here — our Constitution, our work ethic, our system. You can't just import people and expect to import that greatness. And you definitely can't lecture Americans about "xenophobia" while ignoring that the countries people are fleeing are often failed states run by the same ideologies the Left pushes here.

We're allowed to ask hard questions about immigration without being called racist. And we're allowed to notice that open borders rhetoric doesn't match reality.
