We are excited to announce that the prizes are coming in! Starting with haircuts, gift certificates for clothes and shoes plus more to come (must be school age to enter for prizes) Mark your calendar and come fish, eat a hot dog, and engaged in a friendly water balloon battle! Join us and our community sponsors for some fun in the sun!

Our next planned community event is an opportunity to cool off and have some fun! We’re stepping into high gear with some awesome back to school prizes, water balloons, popsicles, fun kids tattoos, hotdogs, and a little relaxing by the pond with your fishing pole! Enjoy some refreshments and fun at the READY-SET-SCHOOL!

City of Marietta is excited to partner with Delicia-on-Wheels, United Way, National Parks Service, and other partners TBA at a later date!

*No swimming in the pond is allowed!
**Fishing is allowed and must follow local, state and federal regulations!

The weekend was full of family fun and games at the Annual Love County Frontier Days! From law enforcement participating in the Love 5K run, airbrushed tattoos with the families, goofy photos in the heat of the day, burning tires in the burnout contest, ensuring the turtles didn’t speed during the turtle races, and finishing it all off with an amazing firework show. Marietta Police Department was there, enjoying the festivities, while also sharing their time with family! We would like to thank everyone who helped make this weekend happen! Thank you to the volunteers, vendors, and the families! From our perspective, it was a success!
