The overall goal of this partnership is to implement strategic changes throughout Cobb County and preventing chronic disease by promoting healthy lifestyles and better access to health and prevention services. The Cobb2020 Health Improvement Plan is a partnership of community organizations and individuals that contribute to the delivery of essential health services in Cobb County. Together, through a strategic process called Mobilizing Action Through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP), Cobb2020 has assessed the current health status of the County and developed a Health Improvement Plan that will help create significant changes in building a healthier community.

Join Cobb Collaborative and Cobb Chairwoman Lisa Cupid for an important conversation about mental and behavioral health on Thursday, November 5th.
The meeting will feature a keynote address from Dr. Camillia Harris of justUs, MH Foundation, followed by a panel discussion moderated by Mableton City Councilman TJ Ferguson.
