Feliz Hispanic Heritage Month! We are celebrating Fridays with a delicious meal that represents our heritage. Today, we're highlighting Beef Pozole, a popular, hearty Mexican soup made with tender beef, hominy corn, and a rich red chili broth. Chef David created and prepared the recipe for all our cafeterias. Enjoy!
