Busy but beautiful weekend for our crews! 🚑

From a dirt track standby, to an MMA fight standby, to working at Bristol Motor Speedway, plus multiple trucks transporting interfacility transfers to hospitals across the region — it was a full schedule from start to finish.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve and proud of the teamwork that keeps everything running smoothly. And we definitely enjoyed that beautiful weather along the way!

🚑 Feedback Time!

This morning our dispatch center received a call from a daughter thanking one of our crews for the care they provided to her mother during a heart attack. Our team quickly recognized a STEMI in the field and coordinated transport with our partners at Highlands Emergency Air Rescue & Transport so she could receive the care she needed.

Thanks to their quick actions, she is doing well this morning with minimal damage to her heart.

👏 Great job to our team for the outstanding care you provide to our community!

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our friend and coworker, Nathan Gary, who left us yesterday after a year long battle with cancer.

Nathan was a dedicated member of our team for 10 years, and in that time he made a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of working alongside him. He was the kind of person who always had a smile to share, no matter the day, and he truly cared about the people around him.

More than anything, Nathan loved his family deeply, and he spoke of them often and with so much pride. Our thoughts and prayers are with them during this incredibly difficult time.

Nathan will be greatly missed, but the memories, laughter, and light he brought to our workplace will stay with us always.
