My office has received many inquiries as to how much is collected and where does the money go. The images will show you the total amount extended for the 25 pay 26 tax year and the top 15 districts along with TIF information for each community in Williamson County. The top 15 districts account for 92% of the total extended. We congratulate the 2026 graduates who are children of our office. Today, we recognize Alex Gott.

Alex graduated with distinction from Indiana University in Bloomington, earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kelley School of Business. During his time at IU, he also earned a Certificate in Wealth Management and recently passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam.

In addition to his academic achievements, Alex was an active member of the Indiana University Bowling Team, where he served as President and Team Captain during his senior year. He was also recognized as an All-Tournament Team selection at the Big Ten Bowling Championships.

Alex will begin an exciting new chapter as he relocates to Denver, Colorado, where he has accepted a position with U.S. Bank's Institutional Client Group which is a specialized division within the bank's Wealth, Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Banking system.

Alex is the son of Williamson County Treasurer Ashley Gott and Amanda Byassee Gott.
