Due to last night’s storm, the Perry County Courthouse is closed due to a power outage. Court for 10:00 and 1:30 is cancelled as well. It will be rescheduled to another date.

The Perry County Clerk’s Office will be closed Tuesday, Jan. 21st and Wednesday, Jan. 22nd due to the threat for inclement weather. Court is cancelled for those days as well. We will resume normal business hours Thursday. For other offices in the courthouse, please check their social media pages or department heads. Be safe and stay warm!

📅 As the year winds down, here are a few important reminders from the Perry County Circuit Clerk's Office to help you wrap things up smoothly before 2025:

✅ Check Your Court Deadlines: Make sure you're aware of any upcoming court dates or filing deadlines before the holidays.
✅ Jury Duty: If you have received a summons for jury service on January 6th, we will see you then!
✅ Start Fresh for the New Year: Stay on top of your legal matters and head into the new year with confidence!
✅ The Clerks Office will close on Tuesday, December 31st at 12:00pm and reopen on Friday, January 3rd.
