Lawler received his law degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Law. David is honored to have been part of the Laborer’s Local 773 as an assistant state’s attorney with Williamson County State’s Attorney Charles Garnati. David is a partner in the Lawler Brown Law Firm where he has gained extensive trial experience in both criminal and civil cases. David has practiced personal injury

, criminal defense, worker’s compensation, estate planning/probate, and real estate law in more than 20 counties throughout Illinois. David’s experience as both a prosecutor and defense trial attorney in civil and criminal law affords him the balanced perspective to best serve and protect the people of Williamson County. As a lifelong resident of Marion, David is dedicated to ensuring Williamson County is a safe place to live and raise our children. David has spent his entire legal career in Williamson County and will continue to ensure that all of our citizens have access to their pursuit of justice.
