Good morning! I encourage anyone who had structural damage to buildings on their property from this weekend's wind storms to file a Damaged or Destroyed property form with the Marion County Auditor's Office. Values may be reduced by the County Auditor for substantial damage to a property until it has been restored to its prior condition. This reduction will be reflected on 2027 property tax bills. The link to download the form is in the comments.
Please contact the Marion County Auditor's Office at (740) 223-4020 with any questions.
