Please join us in welcoming Jennifer Hartman (Jenn) to the Marion County Board of Developmental Disabilities as a Service and Support Administrator (SSA). A Marion native, Jenn holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and has worked with youth since 2010. She joined MCBDD to combine her professional experience with her desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others by advocating for individual needs and encouraging confidence and self-determination. Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending time with her children and her cat. She loves hiking, visiting flea markets and antique shops, and relaxing at home with her favorite TV shows and movies. We're excited to have Jenn on our team and look forward to the impact she'll make in the lives of the individuals and families we support. Welcome to MCBDD, Jenn!

This is Kyle! He’s been employed at the McDonald's on 95 for about 5 years and loves it. He loves the structure, and his employer couldn't be happier to have him on the team. They said he's not afraid to learn new things, and he's always helpful. Stop out and say "Hi" to Kyle and let him know he's doing a great job! We are proud of his success!

WHAT. A. BLAST! Thank you so much to our community for coming out and celebrating MCBDD at our Drive-Thru Trick-or-Treat. About 250 cars and 400 trick-or-treaters waited so patiently in line for their goodies! Our treat stations were A-MAZ-ING! We felt the love of our community! Thanks to everyone for joining us! Special thanks to Michelle Lang of Marion Public Health for leading us through a three-week Healthy Living Series on healthy eating habits, diet, and exercise. OhioHealth Marion General Hospital sponsored the series so that we could make snacks each week and take home tools to improve our health! We had a great time and learned a lot!
