After decades of dedication and delicious food, the pork producers have stepped back from the June Dairy Days Friday night pork dinner. We appreciated all of the years of excellent food that were provided! There is always a chance they could return and be back in the future!

To help fill in on Friday night, the Fire Department will be hosting a fish fry this year.

3-piece cod dinner with fresh homemade french fries, Homemade Coleslaw, and rye bread. $15 per plate

4pm-7pm or until gone

We hope you can come join and then stay to support the great community event of June Dairy Days that so many work hard on to ensure it is a great time for all!

The Grand River Fire District took delivery of our new engine today.

Members of the Grand River Fire District spent time at FDIC in Indianapolis taking classes and visiting vendors. Our new Engine which will be here in a few more days was displayed in the Marion booth.

Got Scrap Metal? Looking to donate? Then look no further.

Alter Metal Recycling has chosen the Professional Fire Fighters of Wisconsin Charitable Foundation, Inc. as the non-profit recipient of Alter’s GO GREEN FOR THE GREEN fundraising event. During the month of April, the proceeds from scrap metal donations will be matched dollar-for-dollar by Alter. Proceeds from this event will be used to support Charitable Foundation programming such as Peer Support, Burn Camp, and the PFFW Honor Guard.

There is a scrap metal drop off container located behind the Waupun Fire & Rescue Department. Not located in Waupun? Scrap metal can be dropped off at any Alter metal recycling location in Wisconsin. When donating at an Alter location, inform the scale attendant that the proceeds should be donated to the PFFW Charitable Foundation.

Please note that only metal items can be recycled by Alter. Electronics, batteries, and metal items containing compressed gases, fuel, oil, and coolants cannot be accepted.
