Congrats to Plattekill FD on 100 years of service and for hosting a great parade! It was a great day! Their honor and dedication to their community is shown everyday! You volunteer firefighters of Marlboro had a great time attending and we’re excited to take home the following awards: first place marching, best appearing antique and most men in the line of March! Also, our band won first place as well so congrats to them too!

Tonight, our department practiced rope rescue operations. FYI- we are always looking for more volunteers! If you know of anyone interested in joining, please tell them to come on a Monday training night to our fire house and find out more about us!

Recently at one of our Monday night weekly drills, we worked with one of our mutual aid partners, New Hamburg Fire District. We refreshed/practiced/trained on fire boat/rescue boat operations. Gotta stay prepared!
