CCOA - Conecticut Conservation Officers Association Inc. The Connecticut Conservation Officers Association Inc. (CCOA) members are the officers of the Connecticut State Environmental Conservation (EnCon) Police.

The CCOA is a fraternal organization formed to address the professional concerns of the EnCon Police officers and the public they serve. Environmental law enforcement is comprised of a unique blend of police work and involvement in highly specialized areas that are not usually perceived as "cop work". These pages will share some of who we are and what we do.

The 2016 Spignesi Dinner date has been set. It will be Saturday April 16 at the Scotland Firehouse. Preparations are proceeding at full steam.
