A Flood Watch is in effect for portions of Central Texas tonight through Monday afternoon where several rounds of thunderstorms with heavy rainfall are expected. While most locations will see rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches, isolated rainfall amounts as high as 3 to 5 inches are possible. While the flooding threat is lower outside of the watch area, it is still non-zero across other portions of Central and East Texas. As such, please keep an eye on the weather tonight especially if you have any outdoor plans.

We are facing the strong possibility of large hail as well as wind gust in the 70 mph range. Please take this opportunity to move your vehicles to a covered area. Any loose items may be lost or become dangerous in the wind gust . Please share this with friends and family. At the present time this does not appear to being going around Falls County.
