To say the Maroa board has been busy is an understatement this last month. We as a board have taken our time, interviewed many candidates from the area and have spent many hours at the round table discussing this move. Of all the things that I have been involved with in the Maroa City government, this decision may go down as the best. We were blessed with an excellent pool of candidates for this position, Mike checked every box, plus more. Every law enforcement official, neighbor, community member I spoke with about Mike had phenomenal things to say about him. Since this news has hit the law enforcement community today my phone has been off the hook with praise and congrats from officials I have known from all over the area. We are so excited to have Mike lead the great team that we have and provide the excellent service Maroa is deserving of.
