We have some four legged friends who got impatient waiting for their human to walk them and went on their own.

Animal control is on the way, they are with another resident on Radisson until animal control gets there

Midweek Movers week 6 is back on TUESDAY!

Midweek Movers is a walking club to help encourage our community to get active this spring!

Every Tuesday (weather permitting) from April 7-June 9, meet us in the parking lot of TCHD - Pekin (1800 Broadway St., Pekin) at 10 a.m. Then we'll head just behind the building to beautiful Mineral Springs Park.

Each week will feature a 30–40-minute walk plus education on topics like at-home physical activity, gardening, emergency preparedness and more!

Snacks and water will be provided and there's an opportunity to win prizes and check out great giveaways! This program is open to the public and to all ages!

This week you'll have the option of joining us for our regular walk or participate in Mommy & Me Yoga! You won't want to miss it!

**he is now home**

We had a dog by Independence Park that tried to volunteer to drive Chief around today. Unfortunately, it does not have a valid license (or collar) so animal control is on the way.
