Riverside Park is open and accepting camping reservations!

The Outlet construction project is complete, and our team has been hard at work preparing the park for visitors. This spring and early summer brought intense storms that caused significant tree damage, and our staff have been addressing those impacts to ensure the park is ready and welcoming.

Thanks to recent rains, the reservoir has risen 10 feet since May 1, and the new outlet features are already doing their job. Releases are underway to bring the reservoir down to the summer target pool, ensuring the reservoir has sufficient flood storage capacity available. Current reservoir levels and releases are not impacting Venango or Riverside campsites.

We appreciate your patience during this closure. Come enjoy Riverside Park again.

🚨 We have some exciting news to share! 🚨

🌊 Water levels have been steadily rising, and we have nearly reached our targeted summer elevation goal for the first time since July of 2022!

🅿️ Additionally, the parking lot on the west side of the outlet is now open and available for public use. Please be aware that work is still being completed in this area so please do not move or disturb the construction cones as they are where they are for a reason.
