HWY 80- Deputy was dispatched in reference to 3 cows in the roadway. Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate any cows in the road. -


I20 S Service Rd- Deputy was patrolling the area and observed a vehicle parked on the side of the road with a flat tire. Upon investigation the vehicle had been abandoned.


FM 1793- Deputy was dispatched in reference to a male lying on the ground without a shirt on. The deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the subject.


Hickey Road – Caller reported that a vehicle pulled into his residence and was taking photos then drove off.


PR 3437 –Caller requested advice concerning HOA issues. Advice was given.


Loop 281 – Caller reported seeing a man sitting on the ground that had possibly gotten too hot. Deputy was dispatched to the area. Contact was made with an elderly man who was sweating profusely. He was sweating quite a bit, luckily the caller who stopped by to check on him gave him a smoothie. The man stated that he was done working and trying to get home. Deputy provided the subject a courtesy ride to his place of residence.


Webb Rogers Rd- Deputy was dispatched in reference to the caller stating oilfield trucks were blowing through the stop sign and getting dust all over his property. The deputy did not observe any trucks blowing the stop sign and placed the address on extra patrol.

FM 968 – Caller reported that she was advised someone was on her property. Deputy checked the residence and did not observe anybody.

Memory Lane - Deputies observed an open gate at a local business. Due to recent burglary at the location, deputies searched for a possible suspect but did not observe any new damage to the property or anyone else at the location.

Newton Rd.- Complainant called the Sheriff’s Office about a neighbor trying to cause a dispute about an easement. Deputies advised on how to resolve the issue through the appropriate court.

FM 9 – Caller reported a disabled vehicle by with a trailer attached. Deputy was dispatched to offer assistance. The vehicle was no longer there when deputy arrived.


FM 1999 – Complainant called and stated that the ramp an oil field company put in for the water line had messed up her driveway. The oil field company turned on the water and it raised the ramp leaving the complainant unable to leave their driveway. Deputy made contact with the company and they are in the process of fixing it.

Hall Dr.- Deputies responded in reference to a complainant calling and saying that someone stole his keys. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the complainant misplaced his keys and all was well.


Galilee Rd- Deputies responded in reference to the complainant possibly hearing gunshots in the area. Deputies patrolled the area but were unable to locate anyone shooting.

Bailey Cutoff -Deputies responded in reference to the neighbors playing loud music. Deputies patrolled the area and did not hear any music being played loudly.


Harris Rd.- Deputies took a report of an animal bite.


HWY 59- Deputies took a report of an animal bite.

Interstate 20- Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation. During the course of the stop the driver gave consent to a search of the vehicle. Deputy located suspected narcotics and the driver, Yu Suke Machida was taken into custody and booked into the Harrison County Jail.


Interstate 20- A passing motorist reported that there was a vehicle on the shoulder of the roadway and the occupants were attempting to flag down motorists. Deputies checked the area but were unable to locate the vehicle.


HWY 59- Caller advised that three males were digging through the trash. Deputy checked the area but did not locate the subjects.

🚨🚔🚨**06/09/26 Briefing **🚨🚔🚨

HWY 59- Complainant contacted the Sheriff's Office in regard to her father's pickup being taken from their residence in Houston, driven to Marshall and being seriously damaged in the process. Report made.


Boling Ln.– An outpatient medical facility contacted the Sheriff’s Office requested a welfare check on a patient that did not show up today. Contact was made with the patient and he advised he would contact them.


Interstate 20– A towing company requested traffic control while they hooked up a large truck. Deputy assisted with traffic control. Handled by Deputy


FM 449 – Caller reported several pieces of jewelry were stolen from inside their home by a known individual. Report Made.


HWY 43– Caller reported her patient hadn’t shown up for the last several doctor’s appointments. A deputy went to the patient’s residence and made contact with her, where she explained she simply did not want to go to the doctor and her phone number had changed. Patient stated she would contact the doctor’s office. Handled by Deputy.


Smelley Rd.– Caller reported a vehicle parked and abandoned in the roadway. A deputy responded along with one of the owner’s family members, and were able to move the vehicle off the roadway until the owner arrived.


Talley Rd.– Caller reported a vehicle parked on the side of the road for an extended time. Deputy made contact with the driver, who advised he was taking a nap. The driver left the scene upon request.


Lotta Rd – Alarm company notified dispatch of interior motions of a home. Deputy arrived and verified all access points secure.


Woodmark Dr.- Deputy responded to the residence for an alarm call. contact was made with the homeowner and everything was secure and okay.

HWY 154- Deputy was conducting extra patrol checks at approximately 3am when he observed a front door ajar at the Elementary building. Deputies entered the building and began clearing it. The cleaning staff was on scene conducting a deep cleanse of the campus.

W. Houston- Daniel Westphal turned himself in for active warrants at the Sheriff’s Office.


FM 31-While on patrol deputy observed a vehicle stopped at ESD 3, with their lights on. Deputy pulled up to check on them and they were asleep. They stated they have been working and driving and just needed a nap.

FM 9-Deputy was patrolling the area and observed two vehicles on the side of the highway with flashers on. He stopped and checked welfare. Everyone was ok and reported that one of the vehicles had run out of fuel. Someone stopped to assist with fuel.

Dehart Rd.- Three 911 hang-up calls were received by dispatch and was pinging at this address. Contact was eventually established with the homeowner who stated everything was ok. The calls were unintentional. Deputy proceeded to the residence to check welfare. All persons on scene were ok and no emergency services were needed.

HWY 80 - TXDOT contacted the Sheriff's Office for traffic control while road work was being conducted on Hwy 80. TXDOT advised that vehicles passing through the area were driving recklessly. Deputy arrived on scene and was on standby till they cleared from the area.


HWY 43- Deputy took a report of a broken windshield that was believed to be criminal mischief.


Harris Lake Rd.- Deputy issued criminal trespass warnings to two subjects at the request of the homeowner.


Five Notch Rd.– Deputy conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation. Contact was made with the driver, who provided two different names when her identification was requested. After record checks of both names yielded no return for a current driver’s license, it was discovered the driver’s real name was Stardom Nicole Williams, who was found to have 6 outstanding warrants for her arrest. Stardom was taken into custody and booked into the Harrison County Main Jail. Arrest Made.


Interstate 20 – Caller contacted the Sheriff’s Office requesting traffic control while he filled up an 18-wheeler. Deputy provided traffic control.

HWY 80- Caller requested advice on how to retrieve a vehicle for a friend. Advice was given.

HWY 59 S– Deputy observed a vehicle commit moving violations and conducted a traffic stop. During the stop, the odor of ma*****na was detected. During the probable cause search, approximately 24 bottles of promethazine were located in a suitcase. Three fi****ms were located within the vehicle as well. Tier Antonio Crawford was placed into custody and transported to Harrison County Main Jail without incident. Arrest Made.


FM 2625 – Deputies were dispatched for a horse in the roadway. Deputies made contact with the horse’s owner and the horse was already put up.


Country Club Road – Deputy issued a criminal trespass warning to a subject at the request of the homeowner.


HWY 80 – Deputy provided a subject a courtesy ride to the subject’s residence.


FRJ Dr.-Deputy observed a vehicle traveling westbound on Cotton Street with defective equipment. Deputy initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and identified the driver as Victor Vega-Loredo. While speaking with Victor, the Deputy smelled the odor of alcohol emitting from Victor’s breath. Deputy conducted SFST’s and concluded Victor was intoxicated/impaired. Victor was transported to Harrison County Main Jail.

FM 450– Caller reported a suspicious vehicle that possibly belonged to a wanted fugitive parked inside the mobile home park. Deputies were able to confirm that the vehicle did not belong to the individual that was wanted.

Interstate 20- Deputy was dispatched in reference to a caller stating he had a flat tire and was requesting traffic control. The deputy provided traffic control but the caller stripped his lug nut and was unable to change the tire. Roadside assistance was contacted to come assist him with the stripped lug nut.


W. Standpipe Rd - A concerned citizen called and stated that she was concerned that there might be human remains on the side of the roadway. She stated that there is a crib and toys with the strong odor of decomposition. She stated that she checked the area and did not see any deceased animals and was concerned in regard to what might be in the baby crib. Deputies arrived in the area and located the discarded crib and toys in the curve of the road. Deputies approached and immediately observed the remains of a hooved animal in the roadway as well as the ditch area. The baby crib was checked as well and no human remains were located. Only discarded trash, toys, and food were located in the abandoned crib. Handled by Deputy.

HWY 80- Deputy issued criminal trespass warnings to multiple subjects at the request of the property’s resident.

FM 450 – An alarm was called in and deputy checked the residence. Deputy made contact with the homeowner, who stated he accidently set it off.


Smelley Road – Caller wanted to report that she believes someone had picked up her dog when it ran down the roadway. She requested a case number for her records so she could forward it to vet’s offices in case someone turns the dog in. Incident number was provided.


Regency Rd- Deputies observed two vehicles in the back of the Marshall Business Park. Upon further investigation it was discovered that one of the vehicles was broken down and the driver had his friend there to help him load it up.


FM 968-Caller advised that he was stranded on FM 968 and trying to get to Longview. Deputy gave him a ride to his residence.

FM 134- Deputies spoke to the complainant in reference to a male approaching her wanting to “purchase her.” The complainant advised that it happened several hours ago and wanted extra patrol in the area. Extra patrol was added.

FM 2983 - Deputy was dispatched in reference to a pig being in the caller’s yard. The deputy arrived and removed the pig from the property.


Parker Street –Deputy recovered a stolen vehicle. Report made.


Country Villa Lane - Deputy made contact with the complainant who stated a resident at her house is refusing to leave and wanted advice on how to handle the situation. Advice was given.


Ireland Williams Road – Deputies located a subject with multiple warrants from multiple agencies. After a brief attempt at resisting, the subject was taken into custody for his warrants and transported to the Harrison County Annex Jail.


Harrington Rd - Deputy was dispatched in reference to the caller stating a vehicle that they saw parked at his residence a few days prior was in the area again. Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the vehicle. Unable to locate.


Mitchell Road - Deputy was dispatched in reference to an iPhone crash detection notifying dispatch. Upon arrival it was determined some kids were playing with their grandmother’s phone and caused the notification and everyone was okay.

Interstate 20 - Deputies responded in reference to a passerby calling in stating that an 18-wheeler was in the ditch. Deputies arrived and determined that the driver had slid off the roadway. Deputies provided traffic control while the truck was pulled out.

HWY 59 – Deputies assisted TXDPS in a pursuit that started on Hwy 59. The pursuit came to a stop in Gregg County just past the 549 mile marker when the suspect's vehicle was spiked. Deputies assisted in taking the suspect into custody.

Galilee Rd - Deputies responded to a call in reference to someone possibly trespassing on a property. Deputies patrolled the area and there was no one around.

FM 450 – Complainant called the Sheriff’s Office about her furniture being disposed of by a resident of the house she was storing it in. Upon further investigation, it was determined to be a civil matter, and deputies referred her to the appropriate court.

Memory Lane – A security company called in an alarm. Dispatch was notified by the keyholder that he set off the alarm on accident.


FM 2199 – Caller reported 2 black calves in the roadway. Deputy was dispatched into the area. Only one calf was located. Calf ran into pasture and off the roadway.


Boggy Rd.- Deputy spoke with a complainant concerning a civil matter. The complainant was referred to the appropriate court.


Buchanan Road - Caller advised that she heard a gunshot in her yard. Deputy arrived and the caller advised that it was her neighbor in his yard shooting at a raccoon.

Julius Davis Lane - Deputies observed an open gate. Deputies patrolled the area and made sure everything was secure.

FM 451 - Deputies observed an open gate while patrolling. Upon further investigation, they met with 2 individuals who stated they were walking at the high school track.

Interstate 20-An 18-wheeler broke down on I20 Eastbound at the 631-mile marker. Deputies called for a tow truck and provided traffic control until the tow arrived.

Masters Rd- Deputies responded in references to an individual firing shots next door to the RP. Deputies patrolled the area and could not find anyone shooting in the area.


Concord Rd. – Caller reported being bitten by a feral cat three days ago. They then reported that cat had kittens and they took over her back porch. Waskom ACO assisted Deputies in capturing the felines for quarantine.


HWY 43- Deputy issued a criminal trespass warning to a subject at the request of the homeowner.


FM 31 - Deputy was dispatched in reference to the caller stating a female was driving and hit a dog. The caller stated the female was standing in the road and wouldn’t move. The deputy patrolled the area but did not find the female.

FM 2682- A delivery driver called to report that he delivered package to wrong address and the neighbor began yelling obscenities towards him.


Blackjack Rd - Caller contacted the Sheriff's Office for a welfare check on family member. Deputy made contact with the family member’s sister who advised she has been taking care of her for some time due to her breaking a hip. Deputy checked on the family member and observed her sleeping.


Longview – Caller reported several cows out on their neighbor’s property. The cattle owner was contacted and the cows were collected.


Hallsville – Caller requested a welfare check on her friend since she hadn’t heard from her in a few days. A deputy responded but was unable to make contact with the individual. A neighbor stated she was ok and was just out of the house today.


Waldrons Ferry Rd.- Deputy was dispatched to an alarm call. Upon arrival contact was made with the key holder. They advised that everything was secure.

Brandy Dr.- omplainant reported that a black sedan was sitting in her driveway with the lights on and had been there for quite some time. She also reported that somebody walked out to her front door and then got back in the vehicle. Deputy arrived on scene and spoke with the subject, and it was determined that she was delivering packages and just pulled into the driveway to inventory the packages. Deputy gave her advice about pulling into random driveways and conducting package inventory.

Waskom- Deputy took a report of a stolen vehicle. While gathering information, the deputy learned that after the vehicle was stolen it was involved in an incident where the operator evaded law enforcement.
