The Historic Texas Cemetery marker for the Ewing Chapel Cemetery will be dedicated on Saturday, April 7. Here is the schedule of events:
10:00 a.m. dedication ceremony at the cemetery (If the weather is bad, then this will be moved to the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 501 Indiand Springs Rd., Marshall, TX.)
11:40 a.m. A time to review events at the cemetery the past year and to remember those who were buried there during the past year. (This will be at the church, rain or shine.)
12:00 noon Lunch at the church--no charge, but please make a reservation by calling 903935-3787.

The Historic Texas Cemetery Marker for the Ewing Chapel Cemetery arrived in Marshall yesterday--in plenty of time to be installed before its dedication, which is scheduled for Saturday, April 7, 2018. (Yes, that's the same day as our 2018 Cemetery Day.) Make your plans to attend.

A funeral service for Bill Jones will be held at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Marshall on Friday, November 17, at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow in the Ewing Chapel Cemetery.
