Today is the last day to register for WERQ at the Heritage Commons Senior Enrichment Center. If you are looking for a fun way to exercise join our community of WERQaholics who believe in having fun and moving our bodies. This six-week workout series offers a supportive space open to all fitness levels.

The next session will be held on Thursdays at 3:00 pm from October 1 to November 19.

Today is the last day to sign up for A Matter of Balance at the Heritage Commons Senior Enrichment Center this fall. This free, evidence-based program is designed for people 60 years and older. Participants will learn practical strategies for managing falls, exercises to practice for balance and strength, changes to make to prevent falls in the home, and ways to increase your level of activity.

The next session of A Matter of Balance will be held on Wednesdays, September 30 to November 18 from 9:30 am - 11:30 am.
