Marshall Medic 76 and Rescue 77 are out of service for the final time.

Today our doors close for the last time after 45 years of service. We want to thank all the members who have stepped foot in here along the way. We also want to say thank you to the community for your never ending support.

We will miss being a part of your community, but are thankful for all the people we got to meet and events we attended over the years.

It is hard to find the words for this moment, but we want to say thank you to everyone and we will miss you.

Today is the final day for our friends, neighbors and colleagues to the north, Marshall Area EMS, to be there, as they have been for the last 40-plus years. They have been our helpers in need, we have helped them when they needed, and for the last four decades we have provided critical pre-hospital care to our citizens and visitors when they call.

Tomorrow, our friends and colleagues from Sun Prairie EMS take over protecting Marshall, and we will help them when they need as well. Your Deer-Grove EMS wants to thank all of the volunteers that have helped provide such a valuable service over the years. We continue to have a strong volunteer corps, and plan to continue supporting our combination service through the next four decades.
