So for those of you that did not know or wondered where our preschool went, I have been battling a couple of health issues (nothing contagious but serious enough that i could not ignore it) and the long 70+ hour weeks and great amount of stress was taking a toll on me and not helping me get my health back under control. I made a decision that rather than let the quality of my health and quality of service to students and parents diminish, I would simplify. I closed Tara B's learning Tree and am offering the same fantastic educational service- if not better - at my house to only 4 students plus my family members. It is the best decision that I have made in quite some time. My doctors, family, and students' families can already tell the difference. For those students which have moved on and their families, thank you for trusting me and sharing your children's lives with me. They are precious every one of them!

Parents, friends and family members are invited to attend the end of the school year graduation program on Saturday May 24th from 11:00 to 2:00 at the park behind the post office in Martin. Please RSVP with a number of people attending so that we can plan appropriately for food and drinks. In case of rain, the picnic will be canceled and the program moved to the library.

Special thank you to our rodeo volunteers who came to talk with our preschoolers and demonstrate some rodeo events. The students absolutely loved getting to learn how to do it themselves!

Thank you Mrs. Sabrina for taking time out of your schedule to share with us sooo many good books. We have enjoyed them all and will miss you as the children's librarian. We wish you all the best in your new endeavors. Come visit us again when you can.

We welcomed 3 new students on Monday. All of the students are really enjoying their new friends Shanoviah, My'Yair, and Lamont. They really fit right in as if they had been here all along.

Congratulations to our preschoolers that have taken the kindergarten entrance test. Jules received a perfect score of 100% and a comment that they were sending her to first grade. lol. Also, congratulations to Deegan. He received one of the highest scores in his testing group today.

Happy Valentine's Day to all of our parent's and grandparents. Thank you for sharing one of the best parts of your lives with us. We love them sooo much.
