The State Health Insurance Assistance Program, or SHIP, provides free one-on-one counseling and assistance to people with Medicare, as well as their families and caregivers. Services are available by phone, through face-to-face interactive sessions, public education presentations, and community activities.

Mr. James Lynn Johnson has been selected for Safety Driver of the Quarter. Mr. Lynn is a transportation driver in Dyer County that has been with transportation for over a year now. This past quarter, Mr. Lynn drove over 12,476 miles and transported 797 clients over Northwest Tennessee. Dispatch lauds that Mr. Lynn is a dedicated driver that is always willing to help clients, drivers and the ladies in dispatch when they’re in a pickle! We are very thankful for drivers like Mr. Lynn Johnson here at NWTHRA Transportation!
