2026 Betty Zane Days has wrapped up! We would like to thank the community for coming out and attending the festival. It was a great 4 days. Another huge thank you to all of our sponsors, donors and vendors!

We’re on to the final day of Betty Zane Days! American Legion is sponsoring the wrist bands until 4pm! Carnival runs until 5pm - hour break and runs 6p-11p. Matinee wrist bands are not valid during the 6p to 11p and new bands must be purchased for $10. Bedrock is the entertainment tonight sponsored by Convenient Food Mart. Hope to see you all here!

We are inviting all local fire departments to participate in our fireman’s parade Saturday August 1st. Please share with all area departments. The parade lineup will start at center street and 1st street in martins ferry. The route will go down Zane Highway to the city park where it will end and we will begin the final day of this year’s Betty Zane Days Festival! Hope to see you all there.

Once again, the Martins Ferry American Legion will graciously provide admission costs for Betty Zane Days on Saturday August 1st, 12-4p for those 16 years old or younger! We offer our sincerest “Thank You” for their continued support each and every year!

The Martins Ferry Fire Department would like to thank Lansing Sportsman’s Club for their generous donation. With their donation, we were able to purchase the QTac 85s and place in to service on our UTV. Thanks for all the assistance and guidance from Fred Garner and Heritage Fire Equipment on the purchase. This is a piece of equipment that will be available to assist all surround departments and counties when UTVs are needed for access and support.
