🌟National Night Out was a great opportunity for the Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice (21st CSU) to connect with our community, build positive relationships, and support safer neighborhoods.

🌟Thank you to everyone who stopped by to meet our team, ask questions, and learn more about our mission. Events like National Night Out remind us that strong communities are built through partnership, trust, and a shared commitment to supporting Virginia's youth and families.

From July 19-25, VJJA celebrates the dedication of community-supervision professionals across Virginia. This year‘s theme, Connected for Change: Building Bridges in Supervision, highlights the impactful work done every day with court-involved youth.

At the 21st CSU, we know our greatest strength is our people. 💙

This Employee Appreciation Day, we celebrated our amazing team with a day full of fun, creativity, and plenty of laughs! Employees got the chance to create their own custom tie-dye t-shirts 🌈 and participate in a hilariously awkward photo shoot that gave us memories we’ll be laughing about for years to come. 📸😂

It was the perfect opportunity to relax, connect, and show our appreciation for the hardworking individuals who make our company such a great place to be every day. 🌞

Thank you to our incredible staff for your dedication, positivity, and everything you do. We truly appreciate each and every one of you!
