We opened as an Emergency Shelter for the first time last week and served approximately 60 guests last Wednesday from 10 am to 7 pm. We are incredibly grateful to Bethlehem Lutheran Church for hosting us, which allowed us to provide portable AC's and meals to community members needing a break from the heat.
Please consider making a donation to help us keep the Summer Outreach program running. It truly takes a community effort.

SPREAD THE WORD! Come stay cool with us!

Marysville's Emergency Weather Shelter will be OPEN tomorrow, Wednesday, July 22nd, from 10 am to 7 pm.

Physical location: Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 7215 51st Ave NE, Marysville

Everyone is welcome. Pets as well , though they must be kenneled (we have several kennels). Stay safe and hydrated, and please share this post to help reach neighbors in need!

4 Weeks of Community Care & almost 170 guests—We Need Your Help!
We’ve officially passed the 4-week mark of our Summer Outreach! It has been an incredible experience serving our neighbors in need with lunches, essential supplies, and plenty of kindness. We are so grateful to be doing this work!

July 3rd,
Celebrating our guests at Summer Outreach, where every detail matters - from our chili dogs to homemade pies, snacks, and essentials. Showing we care through tangible actions and meaningful conversations🙌🏼. Thank you to everyone who volunteered this week, including Amy from Smokey Point Behavioral Hospital. We served close to 50 people this week. We're so thankful for the heart of our volunteers and the trust that our guests have in us to serve them 3 days a week.

Our Summer Outreach Update:
During Week 2, we saw an increase in participants (from 28 to 45!) and even welcomed a couple pets. We have also introduced a guest favorite: Root Beer Float Fridays!
